How will I be notified that my order is ready for pickup?

You will be notified via text when your order is ready for pick up

Where do I pick up my order?

Please pick up your order at 1933 Highway 2, Port Hope ON

Do you deliver?

Your order can be delivered but you will need to contact with Tracey or Annette via text to verify that someone will be available to deliver your order.

What types of payment do you take?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Interact, Etransfers and Cash, upon pick up.

How do I add to my order after I have placed an order?

You can text the same phone number that you received your order confirmation from.  We can then add additional items onto your order. 

Can I get same day pick up?

If all the items are in stock, you may be able to pick up your order on the same day that you ordered it.

What if I need to modify my order?

Please send us a text to the phone number that you received confirmation from.  We can modify your order from there.

Do you have a refund policy?

100% satisfaction on any products purchased or you will be refunded.  In order to receive the refund you must be able to show proof that at least half of product is still left.

Can I get same day delivery?

We can offer same day delivery on canned and meat orders for an extra charge.  We offer delivery, on Fridays for fresh produce.  Contact us for more info.
